Norwich Union said it has launched a range of segment-specific retail products to be sold through intermediaries.

Enquiries about the new products can be submitted via email enquiry forms with the aim of reducing the time intermediaries spend on administration, said Norwich Union. These forms can then be used as the basis for final contracts.

It said that the new approach would enable intermediaries to tailor a wide choice of covers to the specific needs of differing market sectors.

The product has been designed to meet the needs of property owners, industry, services, retail and wholesale, leisure and wellbeing, construction, motor trade and agriculture.

It also includes GISC-friendly product literature to help intermediaries deal with compliance codes, said Norwich Union.
