Equity Insurance Brokers' commercial division has established a centralised team of haulage experts, providing a single point of contact for all its clients.
The team, based in Staffordshire, will handle new business, renewals and claims from a unit supported by a new bespoke IT system.
David Crick, Equity's head of commercial operations says the move has been designed to generate high levels of efficiency and provide the broadest possible range of specialist advice and assistance.
