Claims Training Excellence Award

This award recognises a company's commitment to and investment in training and education for its claims management teams.

Entrants must be able to demonstrate positive results over the last 12 months [since January 2019] from an overall strategy that has resulted in tangible benefits for employees, business partners and/or end-clients, as well as for the business as a whole.

This category was open to insurers, brokers and service provider firms that met the criteria above.
