Household and MPPI cover provider Select & Protect has added IFA firm The Lighthouse Group to its network of product distributors.
The deal comes into immediate effect, and Select & Protect said it expected business levels to grow very quickly.
Under the terms of the deal, Select & Protect products will de distributed throughout LighthouseLoan, a service which provides The Lighthouse Group's advisers with access to mortgage and protection products, said the firm.
Select & Protect chief executive Simon Hood, said: “The past few months have seen a tremendous amount of activity with many networks and large IFAs preparing for the new mortgage regulations.
“We anticipated this last year and introduced many developments to the business with a view to our being an attractive general insurance partner.
"The agreement with Lighthouse is a perfect match as both businesses are on a growth curve and realise the need to provide class leading products and service.”
