Lancashire Holdings has this morning announced that as a result of sales of common shares of $0.50 each SAB Capital Management's notifiable interest in the company decreased to 7,531,332 common shares.
SAB's interest following the sale represents 3.8% of the company's total issued share capital.
On 11 October 2006, SAB reduced its interest in the company had decreased to 9,605,802 common shares representing 4.9% of the company's total issued share capital. Previously, on 6 October 2006 SAB's notifiable interest in the company had decreased to 10,855,802 common shares representing 5.6% of the Company's total issued share capital.
