This is the 10th year that Insurance Times has conducted its annual eTrading survey, investigating brokers’ opinions, attitudes, and satisfaction levels with the eTrading services they receive from their insurance partners and software house providers.

The most recent survey, conducted between January and March 2024, saw more than 700 brokers identify and rate the insurer extranets, insurers via platforms and software houses with which they have regularly placed business during the past 12 months. This informs the Five Star Rating Report: Etrading 2024.
