Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) said it is to sell its general and life insurance interests in Peru to Rimac Internacional Compania de Seguros y Reaseguros.

The company also announced it is to sell its 14.6% stake in Rimac.

The total price of the deal is expected to be around £12m.
