Disaster restoration specialist Rainbow International has released a booklet to help policyholders deal with the aftermath of flood and fire damage to their property.
It said the booklet, called ‘What Happens Next?' was developed with the cooperation of insurers, loss adjusters and legal advisers, with the aim to provide a comprehensive guide to the restoration process.
Rainbow International national accounts manager Adrian Morton said: “The booklet is intended to make the policyholder's life easier and to encourage them to respond directly to Rainbow International with any concerns or needs.”
“It is packed with information on the restoration process as well as providing useful information to help people to get through the situation with the minimum of disruption and anxiety.”
