NSM Insurance Group has completed its acquisition of UK-based InsurEVO and the travel brands it operates.
InsurEVO is a personal lines travel specialist that owns insurance firms AllClear and InsureandGo.
NSM said it would “bring the full power of its capacity, resources and technology to further grow these brands”.
“We are thrilled to officially welcome AllClear and InsureandGo to the NSM family,” said Geof McKernan, chief executive and founder at NSM.
“NSM is committed to the travel and student health insurance space and building out a robust portfolio of leading travel brands around the world.”

AllClear and InsureandGo serve more than 3m customers and are both led by chief executive Chris Rolland.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
