Rubicon has appointed Bob Northmore as technical claims director.
Rubicon said that Northmore held senior insurance claims management positions at both strategic and tactical levels at GAN, Dominion and Zurich prior to forming his own consultancy practice in 2000.
He has specialised in restructuring personal lines claims operations, constructing claims handling outsourcing audit models and developing business requirements for the e-enablement of claims processes.
Rubicon joint chief executive Max Carruthers said: "Bob is a recognised expert in claims management. His in-depth technical claims experience will complement the operational focus of our business and greatly
enhance our service offering."
