Richard Harris has been appointed head of motor claims at Fortis.
Harris has previously worked for Endsleigh and Mercantile & General Reinsurance.
In his new role at Fortis, he will assume responsibility for Motor Onecall, Fortis' 24-hour claims service.
Fortis' claims director, Rob Smale, said, “I am delighted that Richard has joined us on the Fortis claims team.
