Mondial has appointed Richard Bush to head its technical services department. Bush will take on the newly created position of general manager technical services.
Bush will have responsibility for the delivery of all Mondial's roadside services, including technicians, recovery operators, hire cars, dealer and technical support.
Mondial said the appointment would provide greater strategic focus on building its in-house ability to deliver services at the roadside.
Prior to joining the company, Bush spent five years as aftersales director at Kia Motors.
