Worldwide Sports Insurance UK (WWSI) has acquired Lloyd's broker Lovat International from Grupo Diagonal of Madrid.
Lovat has been renamed Kinetic Insurance Brokers.
WWSI will continue to operate out of its Norwich office while Kinetic will remain in its London office in Lime Street.
Kinetic will continue to handle contingency, property and specialty lines business as well as expanding its portfolio to include sports.
Graeme Jolly, CEO of WWSI, said: “WWSI now has a direct link into the Lloyd's market and Kinetic can market internationally through the WWSI offices."
