Most complained about bank will wait for FSA legal action
Lloyds Bank is freezing grievances from customers who think they were missold PPI until the British Bankers’ Association (BBA) completes its judicial review against the Financial Services Authority (FSA), the Times reports.
The bank said: “We will stand by any settlements that have already been made. However, while the court is considering the issues raised by the BBA, any PPI sales-related complaints will be on hold until further notice.”
