Keelan Westall is offering a new service to provide a ‘personal' quote response within an hour in answer to broker demand.
Five insurers - Brit, AXA, Zurich, Norwich Union and R&SA, are supporting the commercial property insurance broker in its venture.
The one-hour guarantee is subject to the quote being submitted by the broker using its online risk submission form.
The company said the move “will help strengthen the company's relationship with its brokers as well as improve efficiencies for the end customer”.
Dave Gayton, business development manager at Keelan Westall, said: ““By restructuring our account teams we are now able to ensure a personal response to quotes within an hour. The faster, simplified process allows brokers to send one submission via our online facility and we'll then approach a minimum of five markets on their behalf.
