InsurE-com, Elite Incident Management and E-Call Assistance have combined to provide intermediaries with a comprehensive roadside recovery product.
Called Assure, the product provides cover throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, said InsurE-com, with European cover available for an additional cost.
The policy covers roadside repairs, home breakdown and vehicle recovery, as well as the cost of getting passengers and drivers to their destinations if the vehicle cannot be repaired on the same day as breakdown.
InsurE-com marketing director Paul Scanlon said the product was available on a net rate basis to all insurance intermediaries for less than a third of rates charged by traditional roadside assistance suppliers.
He said preferential rates were available for InsurE-com intermediaries, although the policy was also available to non-InsurE-com intermediaries.
