Fitch Ratings has today affirmed and simultaneously withdrawn AXA Direct Insurance's Insurer Financial Strength AA rating.
The rating action follows the sale of AXA Direct Insurance business to RAC. RAC has acquired the right to renew business, some staff and access to the company's client database. The in-force portfolio will be transferred to AXA Insurance UK.
