The final witness has taken the stand in the World Trade Center trial currently being held in Manhattan.
Nicholas Dunlop, head of Willis' property insurance practice in New York at the time of the 11 September attacks, testified that Willis vice president Timothy Boyd had told him in July of 2001 that the Travelers form would be used for the WTC programme.
But he was not directed to inform underwriters that the Travelers form would be used as the basis for coverage, said Dunlop.
Following Dunlop's testimony, summations are to take place on the 14 and 15 of April.
Jury deliberation is expected to start on Monday 19 April.
