GB Underwriting, the specialist commercial insurance broker, has launched an online “quote and buy” platform for excess layer public liability insurance.
The platform is underwritten by Lloyd's liability insurer, DA Constable Syndicate.
GB Underwriting claims it is the only policy of its type available to any FSA regulated broker.
Russell Brown, GB Underwriting Director, said: “This product is aimed at small to medium sized businesses that may need excess-layer cover, at a premium of £10,000 – the minimum premium is under £500."
