Ellen Bennett
Ellen Bennett joined Insurance Times as managing editor in August 2007. She was formerly news editor of Media Week, where the breakneck pace of media news had nothing on the insurance industry. Before that, she worked on a number of built environment titles, including a three year stint as news editor of the architects’ bible, Building Design, and trained on a local newspaper in Ashford, Kent.
Ellen has a degree in English Literature from Christ’s College, Cambridge, and remains a keen reader. She avoids competitive sports at all costs, loves cooking and has an unfortunate weakness for eighties music.
