Ecclesiastical is begin a review of its loss adjuster panel in a bid to reduce the number of adjusters it works with.
Chief claims manager, David Bonehill, said: “As a specialist insurer we want to work more closely with a smaller number of key adjusters who are able to provide our customers with a consistently high level of service.”
The review will be completed by the end of 2005.
