£9m GWP Stockport broker strengthens its North West presence
Cullum Capital Ventures has announced its acquisition of Stockport-based Chorlton Cloughley Group (CCG).
CCG has a GWP approaching £9m and has built a strong reputation in the contractors sector.
Tim Johnson, CCV chief executive, said: “CCG is a well established regional business and with our involvement we are confident that the company will continue its progress. This moves CCV to over £150m of GWP and strengthens our growing presence in the North West”.
Liam Maloney, managing director of CCG, added: “The CCV philosophy fits well with the needs of both our customers and staff. The improved access to products and markets will enable us to grow both our contractors account and our traditional customer base.
