BUPA has announced it is making its employee assistance programme, BUPA Wellbeing, available to the small company market.
BUPA Wellbeing focuses on the welfare of employees and is designed to help employees focus on the problems affecting them.
Ann Greenwood, BUPA head of business sales said: "Financial worries and personal problems affect everyone at some stage in their lives, so BUPA Wellbeing is designed to help staff cope with problems whether or not they are work-related.
"Now small companies can consider Wellbeing to support the welfare of their employees, as well as improving the performance of the business and reducing the cost of sickness to companies."
