Fifteen audience members were injured when pieces of the ceiling of a West End theatre fell during a Saturday night performance of When Harry met Sally. One person was kept in hospital overnight.
Broker Walton & Parkinson confirmed it handled the insurance arrangements for both the Theatre Royal, Haymarket, London and the production company of the play.
Performances were cancelled on Monday and Tuesday while the Health & Safety Executive carried out investigations.
Walton & Parkinson director Cliff Parkinson said: "We visited the theatre on Sunday to assess the damage. Loss adjusters have been appointed and we are working hard to get the ceiling repaired to minimise the disruption to future performances."
