Broker Assistance is stepping up its recruitment drive and is aiming to hire between 65 and 75 new employees by the end of the summer. This will take its head count from 130 to 200 and double the number of motor claims it handles, the motor claims management company said.

”The increased workforce is vital if Broker Assistance is going to meet the rapidly increasing demand for its services – a result of a substantial growth in core business coupled with significant business wins,” it said in a statement.

The majority of the positions currently available are customer service roles, with vacancies at various levels. Specifically, Broker Assistance is looking to recruit 50 claims consultants, 15 claims handlers, three team leaders and one customer relationship manager.

Jon Ralph, managing director of Broker Assistance, said: “Such substantial growth in our workforce is clearly an indication and a vindication of the services we provide. I am delighted to be announcing such significant vacancies at the heart of our business and have no doubt that our soon-to-be announced recently won new contracts will put Broker Assistance well and truly on the map with insurers and brokers.”
