Bluesure has secured the exclusive right to distribute its general insurance package through six NHS trusts including Stockport and Portsmouth.
The insurer has been granted the sole insurance sector place on the trust's intranet system, which is accessed by over 65,000 NHS employees including doctors, nurses and administrative staff.
Bluesure posters will be put up in NHS staff rooms and employees will also receive promotional material from the insurer in their pay packets.
Bluesure bundles home, motor, travel, legal expenses, assistance and uninsured loss recovery products into one policy with one annual premium.
Bluesure chief executive Phillip Pettersen said: "NHS staff often work long anti-social hours so package insurance represents a great fit.
"Employees can contact us out of hours and we have a bespoke offering to suit the wide variety of different professionals within the trusts."
Pettersen added: "NHS Trust employees are an attractive addition to the Bluesure customer base. We look forward to a successful joint venture going forward."
