Management consultancy Arts Quarter names Bluefin its broker of choice
Broking group Bluefin has partnered with management consultancy Arts Quarter to offer the UK arts sector advice and access to insurance for its specific needs.
Arts Quarter advises UK arts organisations about developing revenues, reducing costs and gaining greater value from their brands and other assets.
Bluefin executive director and charity team head Kit Strachan said: “We have a lot of experience in the not-for-profit and arts arenas, so it is fantastic to partner with an organisation that lies at the heart of the UK arts sector.
“We understand that with pressures on funding, insurance can be the last thing on the minds of those trying to maintain artistic programming in a tough economy, but we have an important part to play in ensuring that the insurance they are purchasing is both cost efficient and effective.”
Arts Quarter managing director John Nicholls added: “In our continuing role of helping organisations to cut core costs so that they can continue to thrive creatively, we are pleased to appoint Bluefin as our insurance broker of choice for the arts sector.
“Due to the diverse nature of our sector we have looked for a partner that is flexible and one that can respond to the needs of arts organisations and we are pleased that we have found that in Bluefin.”
