A new compliance tool from compliance consultants Branko has won an endorsement from the British Insurance Brokers' Association (Biba) to its membership.
SATCom (Self Assessment Tool for Compliance) is billed as an efficient way for firms to find exactly where they are on the road to compliance.
"We believe it will prove as popular with brokers as SatNav is for motorists," said Branko Bjelobaba, founder of the consultancy that developed the tool.
Chris Woodburn, a non-executive director at Carole Nash and Kwik-Fit, said: "I am convinced that SATCom will provide firms with significant help in achieving and maintaining full FSA compliance."
