"Secret" meeting between banks plans judicial review
Britain's biggest banks may seek a judicial review of the Financial Services Authority's (FSA's) clampdown on banks selling payment protection insurance (PPI) policies, Sky reports.
Big banks, including Barclays, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group and Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) have held secret discussions through the British Bankers' Association (BBA), Sky says.
The blog post is unsourced and says the BBA, the FSA and the major banks all declined to comment.
