Insurance loss assessors Assisted Claims have launched an Arabic version of their website.
John Scott, manager of their London office, is fluent in Arabic, having spent 25 years in the Gulf States working as a construction manager.
Adam Barker, managing partner at Assisted Claims, said: “While many of the Arabic community living within the UK can speak English, when it comes to something like an insurance claim with all the legal jargon and so forth that surround them, we felt that they might prefer to deal with a company who have a knowledge of Arabic and can help them to understand the process of claiming in more depth.”
