Legal costs insurance provider Arc Legal Assistance is to provide cover to protect against the cost of removing squatters.
The product was designed for clients of JR Clare Underwriting Agencies' Cavendish high net worth household insurance cover.
The Arc cover will include providing legal costs to fund the eviction of an unauthorised occupant from the insured's property or land, said the company.
In addition, Arc said it would provide dedicated legal and domestic assistance helplines.
The package will be available on an optional basis for JR Clare high net worth household clients, it said.
