New three year deal with Federation of Small Businesses
Towergate has secured a three year extension to its contract to provide insurance services to members of the Federation of Small Businesses.
The FSB Insurance Service which is provided by Towergate offices across the UK was established in 1993 to offer insurance products and services to FSB’s 200,000 plus members. At the recent FSB National Conference held in Celtic Manor in Wales, the contract was renewed for a further three years on the present arrangement.
Amanda Blanc, chief executive of Towergate Broking said: "This is a great result for Towergate and demonstrates our strength in providing products and services which closely match the needs of a large and diverse range of SME customers. It's also testament to our ability to manage well run and effective affinity partnerships, an area which we plan to grow significantly over the next 12 months".
Managing director of FSB Insurance Service Tim Lazenby said: “We are very proud that the FSB has shown confidence in our products and service by agreeing to an extension of the current contract. As a local broker we understand the importance of providing a personal service to the many small businessmen and women which is based on trust and an appreciation of their business”.
FSB members service chairman, Sandy Harris said: “The FSB were keen to express their confidence and gratitude for the service provided by Towergate and to ensure continuance for the future to provide a great service to a great organisation”.
