New role to handle Towergate's corporate client's claims
Towergate Insurance based in Nottingham has appointed John Franks as in-house insurance claims manager.
Franks has over 10 years claims experience, working for a local insurance broker and a national insurer.
At Towergate, Franks will deal with claims on behalf of the broker’s corporate clients including large or complicated claims.
Sally Swann, managing director of Towergate Insurance in Nottingham said: “ We see John’s role as a vital added value service.
"John has extensive relationships within the insurance industry and has a proven track record of negotiating with insurers to ensure speedy and financially suitable claims settlement.”
Franks added: “I’m delighted to have joined Towergate in Nottingham which has a reputation for providing a local and trusted professional service to many small businesses.
"My role is to act as the main point of contact throughout the entire claims process to ensure claims are resolved smoothly and efficiently.”
