Royal & SunAlliance (R&SA) has enhanced its motor offering by appointing the UK's second largest independent crash repairer to provide dedicated motor repair services in London.
The deal with DWS Bodyworks (DWS) guarantees the repairer up to 9,000 repairs per year from R&SA's personal and commercial client base, including MORE TH>N and Motability scheme customers.
The five year contract ensures that R&SA can guarantee repair quality and levels of service across London, the insurer said.
Other customer benefits include a dedicated DWS customer service manager for R&SA customers, and the provision of an appropriate and safe courtesy car.
Ian Thompson, Head of Motor Operations at R&SA, said: "We've been working closely with DWS for a number of years now and have been consistently impressed by their focus on repair quality and customer service. The deal extends our relationship and secures the quality capacity for our London customers that is required to support our strategic growth agenda.
"In operating alongside our own bodyshops, our national relationship with Nationwide Crash Repair Centres and the wider network, this contract further strengthens our repair network."
