Run-off solutions and management specialist the Randall Group has acquired Cavell Management Services.
In a statement, the group said: "The acquisition of Cavell Management Services and the approval of our Lloyd's managing agency mark the first steps of our re-entry into the Lloyd's and London markets following the expiry of our non-compete agreement with the Capita Group.
"The addition of Cavell Management Services to our American run-off management operation, Randall America, gives us a genuine transatlantic capability."
The non-compete agreement was part of a transaction that sold Eastgate to Capita in November 2000.
