Labour Party leader confirms talks with Lib Dems
Prime Minister Gordon Brown has said he is stepping down as leader of the Labour Party.
He said he hopes a successor will be in place by the time of the party's conference in September.
In his announcement, he said the party was to start formal talks with the Liberal Democrats.
Hosted by comedian and actor Tom Allen, 34 Gold, 23 Silver and 22 Bronze awards were handed out across an amazing 34 categories recognising brilliance and innovation right across the breadth of UK general insurance.
