Oval has appointed Simon Shaw, formerly of Provident Financial, as group finance director.
Shaw will sit on the company's main board and the new joint insurance broking and financial services operating board.
He said: “It's an exciting time to be joining Oval. The business has grand plans and a very enthusiastic team, and I'm looking forward to being kept busy as new businesses come on board and the group continues to expand.”
