Customer service controller role to target changes
Allianz Claims has named Jamie Nicholson as newly-created customer service controller to make immediate service improvements in the retail and commercial divisions.
Based in Bristol, Nicholson will be looking to identify short-term actions and longer-term recommendations to improve service and enhance the market position of Allianz.
Ha has more than 20 years' experience of the industry and will bring with him a wealth of operational and customer service knowledge.
