Penarth-based insurance broker NG Insurance Services has acquired the business of Lawton Jones Insurance, with effect from 31 December 2003.
The South Wales broker said the acquisition was part of the company's long-term plans for expansion. It follows the recent acquisition of peter Jeffrey Baker & Co, another Penarth-based broker.
NG Insurance now has an annual turnover of £3.5m, said the company.
