Broker WTW has appointed Parveen Kaur as its new global leader of operations, strategy execution and data.
In the newly created role, Kaur will focus on strengthening WTW’s position in the commercial lines market through growing Neuron, the firm’s commercial digital trading proposition.
The broker said it was looking to ”advance the scope and scale of Neuron’s capabilities” in a bid to improve the speed and cost of doing business.
Kaur added that she was “thrilled to join at such a pivotal time”.

Experience
Kaur most recently served as chief customer officer at Leeds Building Society – she was responsible for customer experience across distribution and product.

The appointee’s career has also seen her work as head of operations at Lloyd’s of London and managing director at Natwest / RBS personal banking in India.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
