Insurance training provider Wiser Academy has appointed Lauren Pullen as director of operations.
In her new role, Pullen will be responsible for overseeing the quality of training and ensuring the team maintains its Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ standards.
She will report to chief executive Crescens George.
“We are delighted to have Lauren in this crucial role, allowing me to focus on developing the next-generation curriculum that will increase the flow of high-quality talent into this thriving and dynamic industry,” George said.
Experience
Pullen joined Wiser Academy in 2022 as EPA and quality manager before rising through the ranks.

She brings experience in training provision and overseeing ESFA and Ofsted compliance to her new role.

His career began in 2019, when he joined a local north London newspaper after graduating from the University of Sheffield with a first-class honours degree in journalism.
He took up the position of deputy news editor at Insurance Times in March 2023, before being promoted to his current role in May 2024.View full Profile
