The premium finance company made several additionals to senior personnel last year
PremFina has appointed National Salvage Association chair Martyn Holman to its advistory board, as it continues to build its team with a series of industry veterans.
Holman has held several positions with insurers and brokers and is currently a non-executive director at software house Open GI and telematics driving c Smart Driver Insurance. His 40-year career includes spells at Markerstudy and Brightside where he was chief executive officer. He was also previously a director at Marsh.
The premium finance company said the purpose of the advisory board ”is to further PremFina’s mission to use technology to improve insurance and provide brokers with the tools they need to take ownership of their offering. It is comprised of business leaders from diverse industries, each providing their unique perspective on the Company and how it can be improved upon and increasingly adopted to fit our brokers’ needs.”
PremFina made several major appointments last year, including Nick Elliman as its new director of client engagement in November, and David Wardle to the post of COO in May last year. Nij Saha was brought it as chief technology officer in October.
“Having got to know PremFina and Bundeep over the past year, I’m delighted to have been asked to become a part of their advisory board,” said Holman. “I very much look forward to working with the company and hopefully assisting in its continued development,” chief executive Bundeep Singh Rangar said in a statement.
PremFina also added a series of new broker clients to its business last year.
