’I’m looking forward to taking on the transformation initiatives and leveraging the industry innovations,’ says new appointee
Fintech PremFina has appointed Maz Chambers as its new chief transformation officer.
Chambers will bring 25 years of experience across the financial services sector to the role and help the firm scale in line with customers requirements.
The fintech, which aims to bolster the way consumers pay for insurance, said the appointment came at a “significant” time in its growth journey and felt Chambers would add “valuable experience”.
Chambers added: “PremFina is fast becoming a major player in the market and I’m thrilled to be joining the team at this exciting time.
”I’m looking forward to taking on the transformation initiatives and leveraging the industry innovations, enabling the business to scale and disrupt the premium finance market for the better.”
Experience
Chambers joins from payment service Klarna, where she held a number of leadership positions in the UK over the last five years, most recently as head of operations.

“The business scaled from being a new UK entrant to providing a better way to shop and pay, for over 18m UK consumers,” added PremFina.
Sharon Bishop, chief executive of PremFina, said: “I am delighted to welcome Maz to the team.
”She will add valuable experience to the senior leadership team and will complement the existing team by driving delivery of priorities, as well as ensuring we are leveraging our modern technology, enabling the array of industry tools now available to optimise business processes and enable PremFina to scale in line with our customer requirements and ambitious growth plans.”
