’Adding Ageas helps us to ensure that we find the best prices possible for customers,’ says chief executive

The Green Insurer has completed its insurer panel line-up with the addition of Ageas UK.

The broker, which launched in 2023, said it was seeing sales momentum build and that adding the insurer would ”significantly strengthen” its panel.

Paul Baxter, chief executive at The Green Insurer, said: “We are delighted to have Ageas, one of the largest personal lines insurers in the UK, join our panel of insurers.

“We continue to see strong demand from motorists who are concerned about the environment and it is important that we offer the most competitive deals to support them.

”Adding Ageas helps us to ensure that we find the best prices possible for customers.”

Proposition

The Green Insurer is focused on helping drivers reduce carbon emissions and drive in a more environmentally friendly way.

The broker said the new partnership would also boost Ageas’ proposition.

Ben Travis, strategic portfolio manager at Ageas UK, said: “The Green Insurer is offering a proposition that helps customers make more sustainable choices and we’re happy to be working with them.

”This new partnership is further testament to our commitment to brokers trading in personal lines insurance.”
