’This platform reflects our continued investment in digital innovation and broker experience,’ says chief executive
Clegg Gifford has partnered with digital agency MagiClick to launch a new self-service motor trade insurance platform for brokers, Insurance Times can reveal.
The newly launched digital portal aims to streamline how brokers quote and bind motor trade policies with Clegg Gifford.
For example, it will minimise manual intervention and provide instant quotations and binding capabilities.
Toby Clegg, chief executive at Clegg Gifford, said: “This platform reflects our continued investment in digital innovation and broker experience.
“We’ve worked closely with MagiClick to deliver a modern, digital experience, [meeting] real-world needs of both brokers and customers – making motor trade policy management quicker, easier and more intuitive.”
Customer experience
In addition to improving broker workflows, the platform also aims to deliver an enhanced customer experience through a self-service Motor Insurance Database portal, allowing policyholders to self-serve vehicle and trade plate changes.
