’This acquisition significantly strengthens our proposition by adding a specialist business protection capability,’ says chief executive
Investment firm Pivotal Growth has entered a new market with the acquisition of Business Protection Solutions UK (BPS).
Based in Northern Ireland, BPS specialises in business protection broking and offers a range of products.
This includes shareholder protection insurance, key person insurance, relevant life plans and a full range of group private medical insurance.
Pivotal Growth said acquiring the firm aligned “with its commitment to delivering comprehensive and tailored financial services”.
Simon Embley, chief executive at Pivotal Growth, said “We are excited to welcome BPS into the Pivotal Growth family.
“This acquisition significantly strengthens our proposition by adding a specialist business protection capability that complements our existing services.
“BPS’s strong expertise in the business protection space presents a unique opportunity to diversify and grow our portfolio.”
