’His experience in sustainably scaling businesses like ours is key to achieving our growth targets,’ says chief executive
Insurtech 50 firm Genasys has named Guy Billen as its new group chief financial officer.
Billen joins from IT services and consulting firm Ph Innovate, where he was group finance director for just over three and a half years.
Genasys said that he started his new role in October 2024.
Andre Symes, group chief executive at the insurtech, told Insurance Times: “We’re thrilled to welcome Billen to the team.
“He’s hit the ground running, although as a passionate Welsh rugby supporter, he may already be having second thoughts about joining a team full of Springboks fans.”
Experience
Billen’s career has also seen him work for broker Brightside Group in a couple senior roles, including director of business development and commercial propositions director.
