Through the innovative use of voice analytics, this collaboration speeds up risk assessment, helps identify potential fraud earlier in the claims cycle, allows for optimised deployment of expert claims handler and investigator resource and, importantly, provides a smooth experience for its customers throughout their entire claims journey.

2. What do you think makes your entry stand out and why should you win the award?

Our entry demonstrates a unique blend of cutting-edge technology, claims handling and investigative expertise and customer-centric focus.

The impressive return on investment figure of 10.3x, an immediate 12% withdrawal of claims, 200% uplift in fraud referral and positive customer feedback highlight the tangible impact of this collaboration.

Importantly, through this partnership, we were able to not only address risk in a fundamentally new way, but in a way that is versatile enough to adapt to market conditions as they change and evolve.

3. What would winning this award mean to you and your firm?

Winning would provide valuable recognition for the three teams dedicated to better mitigating fraud without compromising the customer experience, as well as inspire further development of solutions that build trust and efficiency in claims processing.
