’It will be business as usual for the most part, however, we are always looking for new and exciting products [or] insurers to add to our panel,’ says new owner
Husband and wife team Warren and Stephanie Lawler have become the new joint owners of AC Insurance.
The duo, who have held several roles at the independent broker, took over the running of the firm on 1 August 2024.
The appointment came after a Companies House document revealed that Francesco Charles Pietrantonio resigned as a director on 31 July 2024.
In a post on LinkedIn yesterday (5 August 2024), Stephanie Lawler said: “From 1 August 2024, Warren Lawler and I became the proud owner of AC Insurance Brokers.
“We have worked for the firm for over 15 years and when the opportunity arose, we couldn’t resist.”
Experience
AC Insurance was established in 1988 by founding partners Albert Peacock and Cynthia Pietrantonio.
