The MGA is also seeking long-term partnerships with insurers in a bid to grow

Kent-based MGA Gresham Underwriting has entered into a new capacity partnership agreement with Covéa Insurance.

This will see  Covéa provide capacity for retail shops and salons under Covéa policy wording, with immediate effect for a three-year period. This means that the customer will be buying a Gresham Underwriting policy with Covéa’s wording.

Gresham chief underwriting officer Rob Munden said: “We are delighted to be partnering with another quality A-rated insurer. In our dealings so far, Covéa has already proved to be a fantastic partner and we are excited about starting a long-term partnership with them, with the retail and salons product hopefully just the first of many. Gresham seeks long-term partnerships with quality insurers to allow mutual growth and success, and this partnership meets all of those requirements.”
